1. Platform role disclaimer

sworn.work is a listing and connection platform for local tasks. sworn.work does not employ users, does not supervise task performance, and does not guarantee task quality, timing, or outcomes.

2. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and task information.
• You are responsible for communicating clearly and honestly with other users.
• You are responsible for determining whether a task is lawful and safe.
• You are responsible for your own conduct, decisions, and interactions.

3. Payment disclaimer

sworn.work does not process payments and does not provide escrow services. Payment arrangements are made directly between users. sworn.work is not a party to payment transactions and is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, non-payment, or delayed payment.

4. Prohibited activities

• Posting illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive tasks.
• Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
• Impersonation, false identity use, or fake ratings/reviews.
• Requesting unsafe activities or violating local, state, or federal law.
• Attempting to access accounts or systems without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, sworn.work is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. sworn.work and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user interactions, task performance, injuries, property damage, or payment disputes.

6. Account suspension and termination

sworn.work may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the community. We may remove tasks or content at our discretion.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
